All studio apartments are autonomous and spacious (25-30 m²), each offering a central room with a kitchen (fully equipped, including appliances and utensils), bathroom with shower, and balcony. In addition, each studio offers phone, internet, satellite television services, as well as a hair dryer and iron.  Room décor is discreet and elegant. We guarantee a comfortable and pleasant stay as every room offers anatomic beds, air conditioner, autonomous heating and hot water all day due to our solar heating panels and boilers.

“Peloponnese Living” is surrounded by a pleasant and well tended environment which includes gardens, pine trees and a view of the Medieval castle of Paralio Astros. Furthermore, each tenant has access to the reception area, indoor & outdoor dining and café/ lounge (Safari) and parking, beauty & wellness centre (Kalispa)

Our facilities were constructed and licensed according to the standards and legislation of the Greek National Department of Tourism, approved fire safety standards for our guests.

Here at “Peloponnese Living” we offer our guests both long (9-12 months and more ) and short-term stay (3 months or more not including June-Sept.) at one of our  9 sunny studio apartments.* Whether, single or double occupancy, we cater every guests needs, also allowing for each tenant to bring family and friends for the day or even for a few nights.**

Within 2 km. there is the Astros Health Centre as well as hospitals -- the Arcadiko within 40 km. and the Argoliko within 30 km.

* a minimum 3 month stay is required. In cases where accommodation is under 9 months, the months June through August will not be included.
